Akin's esteemed commitment to the secure and high-quality transit of our products is reflected in our refined shipping policies. For shipments via Second Day Air, we offer a partial reimbursement of 50%. Recognizing the expedited nature of UPS Next Day Air, shipments utilizing this service are eligible for a full 100% refund. In the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged (DOA) during transit, we encourage you to promptly contact our dedicated support team, who will be pleased to facilitate a resolution.

Thursday - Pet/Aqutic goods (No live stock or plants)

Friday - Pet/Aqutic goods (No live stock or plants)

Saturday and Sunday - Do not ship on these days

We ship live stock and aquatic plants exclusively from Monday through Wednesday to maximize the likelihood of safe arrival and minimize the risk of DOA (Dead on Arrival) incidents.

Can I still cancel my order?

Customers may request cancellation of an order until such time as it enters the shipping preparation phase. Please be advised that all order cancellations are subject to a non-waivable 10% cancellation fee, calculated based on the total cost of products and livestock. This policy is uniformly applied to all cancellation requests, irrespective of the timeframe between order placement and the cancellation request.

For order modifications, such as the addition or removal of items, clients are invited to contact our support team via email. We will endeavor to accommodate such requests to the best of our ability. We appreciate your understanding regarding our cancellation policy.

What are the order processing time?


Our standard order processing timeframe is typically five (5) business days or fewer. For the purposes of order processing, our operating business days are defined as Monday through Thursday. Should the processing of your order exceed this standard five (5) business day window, you will receive proactive notification via email detailing the updated timeline. Please note that extraordinary weather conditions may, on occasion, impact our standard processing times.
